14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened goods only. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Broken or damaged glass products – We cannot accept returns for any quartz bangers or glass accessories that have been broken, chipped, or damaged after delivery
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. This does not cover damage that occurs after delivery or during use.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
